The Kepler version extends StringAttribute
This matches ptolemy/src/ptolemy/kernel/attributes/FileAttribute.java by name,
but FileAttribute is deprecated and ptolemy/src/ptolemy/data/expr/FileParameter
is
recommended.
I'm not sure about this one.
