When you open a run from the Workflow Run Manager, behind the scenes a
temporary kar is created, opened, and then disposed. This leaves an entry in
the new-ish Recent Files menu, and changes the user's 'last directory' setting
(the directory opened by default when they next attempt to save). Both of these
things are undesirable.
A fix will be committed shortly.
