Hi everyone,

I finished the move to github, now Copas, Coxpcall, LuaFileSystem,
LuaSQL, Orbit, Rings, WSAPI, Xavante, and Kepler itself are hosted
there, and the CVS and tracker at LuaForge are disabled. The rockspecs
for these projects at http://luarocks.luaforge.net/rocks-cvs are
already pointing to the new home.
