I've updated the example to include a custom xavante starter script which binds to a different port from 8080, since the default http port could clash with other http servers that might be running, like the build in OSX apache server.
I've looked at the wsdl generator and made some changes in order to produce wsdl files that are validated by some online tools I've tried. The original LuaSOAP wsdl didn't pass any of them. SoapUI still crashes on the wsdl so its probably not completely valid yet. The comments at the top of wsserver.lua got lost by accident in the last version so I put them back.
