Announcing LuaLogging 1.2.0 release & new maintainer. LuaLogging [1] provides a simple API to use logging features in Lua. Its design was based on log4j. LuaLogging currently supports, through the use of appenders, console, file, rolling file, email, socket and sql outputs.
This new release improves logging performance & adds a new rolling log file appender. The rolling file appender was contributed by "Tiago Cesar Katcipis". I have taken over as the maintainer for the LuaLogging project, which was previous hosted on luaforge [2].
