I installed Apache 2.2.19 and mod_fcgid 2.3.6 and could not reproduce
your issue (the error message when running cgilua.fcgi.exe from the
prompt is expected). What HTTP status code is test.lua returning? I
assume you gave ExecCGI permission to the directory where test.lua is.
