Currently I can login a machine A by using ssh and submit a PBS job from there. Now I am trying to write a workflow so the workflow can run from my desktop and can perform the PBS job submission to A as well. I think I should use the Job Command package and I would like to have a example. Would you please tell me where I can find such an example to use the job command to submit a PBS job to a remote cluster? THanks, Donglai
