Good morning, Thank you for your answers. I work with Kepler 2.0 and I am running my workflow using the GUI. I will try to monitor the memory usage with jconsole to see if it is a problem of memory overflow. Thank you for the way to change the memory settings : I ignored that possibility. A colleague of mine suggested that it may be also a problem with the CPU consumption. Many thanks for your help.
