[kepler-users] Kepler Version 2.2 - "Open MoML" & "Open MoML URL"?

I hope I am not embarrassing myself too much here, but I only see the 
"Open" option under the "File" drop down and not the MoML open options.

Have I missed an installation option?
Since this likely not a bug, is there a user forum that I should be 
searching for these types of questions?
