Dear All, When submitting your abstract or paper, please also send email to the workshop organizers, indicating the following:
(1) Title and category of paper(s) submitted (2) Do you need participant support to cover (part of) your travel expenses? (e.g. economy airfare) [Yes/No] (3) If your answer is Yes to (2), please provide a rough estimate and brief explanation of travel support requested. The workshop organizers will prioritize travel support and inform prospective participants within a week after paper submission. -ilkay On Feb 2, 2012, at 1:44 PM, Ilkay Altintas wrote: > > Just a reminder that the deadline for the Kepler workshop below is > approaching. > > This workshop is open to the whole Kepler community and also includes topics > including comparison of Kepler with other workflow systems, vision on how to > use Kepler for a particular scientific domain/technology, etc. > > -ilkay > > > > Begin forwarded message: > >> From: Ilkay Altintas <altin...@sdsc.edu> >> Date: January 12, 2012 10:06:29 AM PST >> To: kepler-dev <kepler-...@ecoinformatics.org>, >> kepler-us...@ecoinformatics.org >> Subject: [kepler-users] WORKSHOP: Advances in the Kepler Scientific Workflow >> System and Its Applications (Weblink: http://tiny.cc/4zunh) >> >> We are looking forward to exciting submissions from Kepler community to the >> 1st Kepler workshop. >> >> >> >> Advances in the Kepler Scientific Workflow System and Its Applications >> (Weblink: http://tiny.cc/4zunh) >> >> 1st International Workshop in conjunction with the International Conference >> on Computational Science >> June 4 - 6, 2012 >> Omaha, Nebraska, USA >> >> >> INTRODUCTION >> >> Kepler (kepler-project.org) is an open-source, cross-project collaboration >> to develop a scientific workflow system for multiple disciplines, providing >> a workflow environment for scientists, in which they can design and execute >> workflows.
