Dear Kepler Users I want to use an R actor to aggregate the data of one input vector by another input which contains the groups. But if I do so it screws me up the order of groups. As you see it sorts starting all groups with a 1 in front then 2 and so on instead of simply 1,2,3,4 ....
aggregate(biomass_in, by=list(location_in), FUN=sum) Group.1 x 1 1 0.072962 2 10 0.066879 3 11 0.044078 4 12 0.000761 5 13 0.034865 6 14 0.043246 7 15 0.074629 8 16 0.172008 9 17 0.071684 10 18 0.091350 11 19 0.079346 12 2 0.037179 13 20 0.012782 14 21 0.193303 15 22 0.213626 16 23 0.066475 17 24 0.119411 18 25 0.298407 19 26 0.053256 20 27 0.006891 21 3 0.032127 22 4 0.037077 23 5 0.009296 24 6 0.094962 25 7 0.084117 26 8 0.113690 27 9 0.152664 This seems to be Kepler related cause if I use a normal R console this does not happen. Anybody an idea?
