If you just want a Win32 flavor, the MIT Kerb5 1.2.2 distro has a
specialized makefile in src/windows that worked for me under W2k + MSVC 6.x
from src/windows/README:
All-Windows Build Method:
------------------------
First, make sure you have sed, gawk, cat, and cp.
1) cd xxx/src # Go to where the
source lives
2) nmake -f Makefile.in prep-windows # Create Makefile for
Windows
3) nmake [NODEBUG=1] [DNS-options # Build the sources
4) nmake install [NODEBUG=1] # Copy headers, libs,
executables
It seems to build correctly, including producing a kpasswd.exe though there
is no netjoin.exe. I did not test any of the resulting binary output.

(Rich cc:

sample UNIX code.

Hi,
Im trying to compile Microsoft's UNIX Kerberos samples and Im
getting
the errors shown below.
Anyone got any ideas ??
I obtained the code from:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnw2k/html/kerberossamp.asp
and downloaded the file: 5324.exe which I gunzipped, then untared on
my Solaris system.
And Im using:
"NETSCAPE DIRECTORY SDK 4.1 FOR C"
"MIT kerberos 5-1.2.2"
"Solaris 2.6"
"gcc version 2.95.1 19990816 (release)"
Any help much appreciated.
PS - Im particularly interested in the "netjoin" and "kpasswd" samples
- anyone know if there are any newer/better versions of these
available ?
regards,
Richard Jamieson.
