Hello, I am running an older version of kerberos (ssh only seems to support krb4) and attempting to setup ssh w/ kerberos support, I think more then likely I have kerberos misconfigured but im not sure. if I use kinit it works fine, but when I try to login w/ ssh (KerberosorLocalPasswords no) I get permission denied and the following error in my syslog's: 19 12:27:14 daemon sshd[17748]: WARNING: bad ticket file /tmp/tkt500_17748 Nov 19 12:27:14 daemon sshd[17748]: Couldn't initialize Kerberos ticket file for jnfergu!
I've tried nearly everything I can think of, and it just doesnt seem to work I'm sure I am just doing something silly but I'm not sure what, has anyone else encountered this? any help would be greatly appreciated. J. Ferguson
