Microsoft's code needs the Mozilla library source. You will need
this to build their netjoin.

A subsequent version of the GSS-SASL client library, which Microsoft
used, does not require source code -- it will link against the
Netscape LDAP C SDK binaries. However, Microsoft have not licensed
this and so it is only available directly to our customers.

Hence, I'd suggest you check out Tridge's netjoin, which uses
OpenLDAP.
