Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a FreeBSD 4.4 NFS server to
authenticate NFS clients via Kerberos? The FreeBSD exports(5) manpage
says that in order for this to work, NFSKERB must be enabled in the
kernel configuration. However, when I try to enable it the kernel
compile fails, and it does not appear that there are any routines in the
kernel source to authenticate via Kerberos. I really haven't been able
to get a straight awnser about this on any FreeBSD newsgroup, so if
anyone here knows what's going on with NFS-Kerberos authentication in
FreeBSD, I'd love to hear from you.
