I believe I have found a bug in Windows 2000 that prevents kpasswd from working. The problem is caused whenever the "minimum password age" option in the password policy for a Win2K KDC is set to anything other than 0. This seems a little odd and I was wondering if anybody else is aware of this, or has a suggested workaround(other than setting the option to 0).
Incidently I'm runinng the 1.3.3 Kerberos version on Solaris 2.6.
