you need accounts on the unix machine, a way to integrate the accounts is 
to use nss_ldap (from www.padl.com). It is NOT specific to the active 
directory though, so it would require some configuring. You also still 
need to put some extra data in the dir (things such as homedirs, and 
unix-like groups)
