Tom and I and some other Kerberos guys sat down together at an IETF conference a while back and hashed out an SRP-based preauth design which I started to write up. Unfortunately, since then, kerberos-revisions and related matters have occupied more of my attention and I haven't had a chance to finish it. I also looked briefly at PDM, but made even less progress writing anything up. I'm hoping to get back to them soon, perhaps working with John Brezak and Jonathan Trostle, who are also interested in these matters... Ken
