It would be cool if kadmin stored the otherwise implicit salts in the KDB record of 
each principal as they change/set their passwords, and it would be good if kdb_util 
would add the salts when loading. Then renaming principals wouldn't be hard to do with 
kdb5_util dump/edit/load.
