When loading krb5_32.dll with the Windows LoadLibrary API, the following
message appears:
"The procedure entry point krb5_cc_register could not be located in the
dynamic link library krb5_32.dll"
This of course causes a failure on the load.
This does not happen in release 2.1.2.
