Hello When using the ftpd from the MIT 1.4.3 distribution I notice a pretty big difference in transfer speeds when encryption is enabled or disabled. When not enabled (the client is called without -x) I see speeds of around 10mb/s which is what I expect on a 100mbit connection. When using -x and encryption is on the transfer rate goes down to 1mb/sec. Is anybody experiencing this or it is just me. Thanks.
