So, for our case, it seems to succeed connecting and even writing but fails to read. Since the error is "Operation in Progress", is there a race here where may be the wait is not long enough or the code should return back and re-poll fd status again.
BTW, want to mention again that when the address is IPv4, everything seems to be working.
