Hi,
I was using kerby-kdc and found that netty implementation is not responding
anything if we give a wrong realm. From the code I have found below snippet
in NettyKdcHandler:

lt seems that on any error thrown by myKdcHandler it is just logging the
exception and not returning anything. with defaultKdcHandler client
receives a EOFException because it closes the connection abruptly on error.
Given above we are looking for below clarification:
1. Why is netty waiting for timeout to happened instead of immediate failure
2. Seems like netty is the only implementation available for use
3. Is it recommended to use the Apache Kerby production or is still some
work in progress?
