There's an example solr-command configuration in http://sesat.no/svn/sesat-kernel/trunk/generic.sesam/sesam.com/war/src/main/conf/modes.xml The important parameter is "server-url". It is not a literal value but comes from what's found in configuration.properties I've just written some documentation on using Solr for the Query Evaluation in Sesat.
