Extend the StringChopper to *always* escape what's inside the CDATA (since it's likely dangerous to be used verbosely in our html output), and then strip away the "<![CDATA[" and "]]>" prefix and ending. If this is done first, then the truncation (and element-tag balancing) can occur afterwards. This approach should only incur a performance hit when the CDATA actually exists."
