The RKL-S system with I219LM NIC resume automatically while entering s2i.
[Fix]
Have to add those product sku into e1000e quirk.
[Test]
Verified on RKL platform with I219LM NIC
[Regression Potential]
Low, only affects the platforms listed in the quirk.
