PL2303HXN is not supported by 5.4 kernel.
5.5 kernel starts to support it.
[Fix]
Add support for PL2303HXN.
[Test]
Verified on hardware, use minicom to test serial port, it works fine.
[Where problems could occur]
It may break the pl2303 ttyUSBx.
