Bug description:
My webcam ID 046d:0826 Logitech, Inc. HD Webcam C525 has always worked
well with Ubuntu. But after some update on 21.10, the microphone
recording from the webcam stopped working. The recording starts
working if you replug usb or make usbreset. On ubuntu 22.04 bug is
still present.
