  copy_file_range fails with EXDEV on copy to or from tmpfs

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  copy_file_range(2) from ext4 to tmpfs fails.
  Same is true from tmpfs to ext4.

  gcc is already the newest version (4:11.2.0-1ubuntu1).
  libc6 is already the newest version (2.35-0ubuntu3.1).
  linux-image-lowlatency is already the newest version (5.15.0.53.48).
