Bug description:
This is a configuration issue rather than an OS kernel or BIOS
firmware bug. Although, the symptom manifest only on Ubuntu OS (other
Linux OSes such as RHEL does NOT have this issue) with a disabled SR-
IOV at the AMD server's BIOS. Also, only AMD servers with GPU that are
affected by this issue.
