Mir has no affinity logic as far as I know. This means alternating CPU
usage is the choice of the kernel.

  Invalid

Bug description:
  If you run mir on your system and look at the system monitor, I notice
  that the cores are alternating usage. If I don't run mir, it doesn't
  alternate the cpu cores
