The system only crashes when this dongle is connected and a device has been added with bluedevil, blueman, or bluez-simple-agent. I have 3 nearly identical dongles of the same model (but acquired from different places and I believe they are different revisions) and they all crash -sometimes- when adding a bluetooth keyboard or mouse. This same crash happens on 3 different systems, each with different versions of ubuntu with versions of the kernel. The attached kern.log file is from an Atom based netbook running vanilla kernel version 3.2.0-45 (this was the only system that I could capture the output before freeze), and the /var/crash report is from a Sandy Bridge machine running 3.8.0-25. It also crashed on a Core 2 based laptop. The crash does not completely halt the system at once, rather, the system slowly becomes unresponsive until no input is seen from (wired) keyboard and mouse.
