It seems this was originally turned off because it did not build:

    [Config] armhf-* FTBFS -- CONFIG_STACK_TRACER=n

As this now does build, lets renable it across the board.

  CONFIG_STACK_TRACER and CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER are off for armhf,
  though on for all other architectures including arm64.  Investigate
  why this is so.
