you didn't follow the kernel.org format noted in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1093237/comments/51
. This would be why both your mailinglist e-mail was seemingly ignored
(you didn't give them the information necessary to solve the problem, as
well as it's not in the kernel.org format). As well, it would be best
not to force people to dumpster dive downstream reports by suggesting
them to look there, especially when all the information is not there to
begin with. :(
