Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
This occurred during an automatic update.
Several hours prior my internet connection was disrupted - maybe relevant
I personally am trying to hunt down a problem with Optimus: the
update-alternatives --config x86_64-linux-gnu_gl_conf keeps on changing to the
libmesa alternative, & then Optimus stops working.
On starting some programs from the CLI was getting messages about shared
files not being present (sorry don't know which one(s). I had to reinstall gimp
& that now seems fixed.
I have a problem with CUDA & Wine: they are mutualy incompatible due to
differing versions of ocl-icd-opencl-dev, which the one 'fix' I found did not
fix.
BTW when ar eyou going to sort out this Primus/Optimus debacle? Bumblebee
works but it's not up to it. It keeps on getting into error states without
warning.
I would attach the info requested below but there's no way to do that?
