Bug description:
To provide new PCIID and APCIID for braswell new components in order to allow
certain features to be exposed on the platform. This should be considered a
house cleaning task which is required for every platform that the identifiers
has changed.

Upstream Status:
3.18 except GPIO/pinctrl driver and USB3 device patches.
