Bug description:
Devices paired on 14.10 are working normally but I'm not able to pair
with any new device
1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System ->

3) What you expected to happen
Window with pairing key and confirmation button should appear
4) What happened instead
It doesn't appear
e.g: when trying to pair from Windows PC there is window with PIN and
"Confirm" button, but it doesn't appear on Ubuntu. When I click "Confirm" on
WIndows PC it shows pairing error.
(Similar things happen when trying to pair with Android phone and etc.)
