Title:
  [i915, i915_bpo, snd-hda-intel] Switch to component support

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux source package in Vivid:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
Migrate snd-hda-intel/i915/i915_bpo to use component support for the
driver interface, instead of module symbol lookups.

This has been upstream since 4.0, and lays the groundwork for proper
  HDMI/DP-audio support in i915_bpo. Patches cherry-pick cleanly.

i915 interface functions

This is related to the power well in Haswell generation and newer, so
regression testing on HSW/BDW is enough.
