Bug description:
  When one issues `ubuntu-bug bluez` `apport-gtk` says

      Your bug report will be processed in few seconds.
      If you can reproduce it, please follow the next steps:
          - Install the package 'bluez-hcidump'
          - Open a new terminal
          - Run the command "sudo hcidump -XYt > $HOME/hci.log"
          - Reproduce the actions until the error happens
          - On the terminal, press Ctrl+C to stop hcidump.
          - Attach the file hci.log to the bug report.

  This doesn't make sense because the package doesn't exist.
