The problem was caused by adding `uvesafb mode_option=1280x1024-32 mtrr=3 scroll=ywrap` to /etc/initramfs-tools/modules I added this line to try fixing high tty resolution after installing nvidia driver but it broke hibernation.
Now I add GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="nomodeset video=uvesafb:mode_option=1280x1024-32,mtrr=3,scroll=ywrap" to grub cfg file to fix tty resolution. It fixes tty low resolution problem and doesn't break hibernation. The grub resolution is still low though.
