Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati

  After the last upgrade of my Lucid 10.04 i reboot. At start the video looks 
good, but after a while (at the login screen) the video start to flicker. The 
flicker is getting worse and worse till it's impossible to read anything.
  I have tried to use vesa driver and the video is ok but very slow
  I have tried to use xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd the video is better but it's 
very very slow.
  My notebook has a  01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc 
M56P [Radeon Mobility X1600]

  I have also tried fglrx but it doesn't work
