Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.4 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

Title:
  Suspend-Resume freezes the system completely

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
On a HP 250 G3, if I suspend the system, I can’t resume it. If I try, the
screen is stuck to whatever was shown last. This seems not to be related to my
graphical system, since the problem is the same, when I’m performing "suspend"
in the Ctrl+Alt+F1 terminal (closing the display).
What else can I provide to help you?
