Confirmed also to be an issue with:

- BQ E5
- Ubuntu Touch 15.04 (OTA-8.5)
- BMW 2 Series

1. Select Bluetooth device manager in car console
2. Car console states name of carkit, switches to discoverable mode
3. Turn on BT in phone and wait
4. Carkit appears in phone, press connect
5. Phone shows "Connected", "Excellent" reception, you can check "Connect
automatically"

But no pairing appears on neither devices. The carkit has no option to
discover devices at all, just passive waiting. Also, phone shows carkit
as headphone, which is basically OK, but the carkit can also act als
multimedia player. SO both profiles should be announced, maybe that's
the problem?

With my FORD Focus Car, pairing does not work. The bluetooth system in

and then prompts me to connect with a 4-digit pin code, but the Ubuntu
phone doesn't react at all and after a while the car system says that
