Public bug reported:

Thinkpad W500
Ubuntu 13.10
went in sheduled suspend
I closed the lid
when I tried waking it up(resume) through opening, the LEDs went on, but the
half-moon one(suspend symbol) kept blinking
So I had to do a brutal restart
