Bug description:
i915_bpo driver should sync with v4.7-rc6 to better support
SKL/KBL/BXT:
- KBL enabled upstream, meaning v4.7 is first release they add fixes to
- display power well support on BXT
and in addition to that, backport gen9 workarounds from drm-intel-
