Public bug reported: My 'DViCO FusionHDTV5 USB Gold' tuner used to work fine under 14.04 using dvb-usb-bluebird-01.fw which was part of linux-firmware-nonfree. That package no longer exists in 16.04 but dvb-usb is still looking for dvb-usb-bluebird-01.fw:

(dvb-usb-bluebird-01.fw) Please see linux/Documentation/dvb/ for more details on firmware-problems. Have not debugged this further but the system stops listening to mouse, keyboard, ssh attempts and anything else short of the power button. No messages in the log.
