Roompam Skukla, the next step is to fully commit bisect from kernel 4.2
to 4.4 in order to identify the last good kernel commit, followed
immediately by the first bad one. This will allow for a more expedited
analysis of the root cause of your issue. Could you please do this
following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection ?

Please note, finding adjacent kernel versions is not fully commit
bisecting.

Also, the kernel release names are irrelevant for the purposes of
bisecting.

It is most helpful that after the fix commit (not kernel version) has
been identified, you then mark this report Status Confirmed.

Thank you for your help.

Title:
Wi-Fi signal strength very low beside router, gets lower on moving 2-3
  metres away from router

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Laptop gets enough Wi-Fi signals beside router but as you move 2-3 metres
away from router it barely gets one line strength. And then won't connect due
to low strength.
Wi-Fi worked fine before the 3-4 kernel updates but after the updates I'm
facing this problem.

  Ubuntu version : 16.10
Present Kernel Verion : Linux roopam 4.4.0-36-generic #55-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug
11 18:01:55 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Wireless Device : 0a:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

What I tried : tried installing alternative wireless driver from

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hanipouspilot/rtlwifi
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install rtlwifi-new-dkms linux-firmware

  NO Luck!
