Public bug reported:

Hello.

I upgrade my Ubuntu from version 12.04 to 14.04.5. After upgrade I can't
login in visual, I change ctrl+alt+f4 or f5 to login in command line
mode then I can login in my account, and then I again updrade (do-
release-upgrade), to version 16.04. Then I can login in my account
visual. But everytime when start Ubuntu swithc on my notebook they give
error. systemd-modules-load.service not load.
