The v4.8 based kernel has been uploaded to the Yakkety 16.10 archive.
I'm setting the linux kernel task to Fix Released.

Also setting a qemu task to Fix Released as well since Yakkety is a 2.6.

The Xen update to v4.7 is being tracked in bug
