Bug description:
Suspend/Standby worked fine previously under i386 packages, but after
cross-migrating to amd64, system just hangs and i have to do a hard
power off (hold power button for 5 seconds).
i saw notes for #1574125
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1574125) where
people were asked to run `ubuntu-bug linux` so i'm throwing my hat in
here too.
